Chinese New Year Holiday will affect times usually around February-March but we are working on better shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping & delivery is AUD $20. * (read currency conversions.)
Delivery times usually take between 13-20 days or less. Some countries may receive earlier or later than indicated.
For international orders, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.

The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
PO BOXES
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to the huge response, we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed.
Return & Refunds
Okay so you're not happy with the order?
Each item is processed according to the vendors agreement, if you have an issue then please email us (info@shoples.store) within 24 hours of receipt.
Your case will be treated with care and you will be sent details.
Please note that we do not refund money for change of mind or for misfit sizing, so please choose carefully instead we issue a coupon/voucher from store with a same value of item that you chose.
Please note for returns we are unable to cover the shipping cost. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return.
Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender!
When will I get my refund?
For gift card/voucher refunds, you will receive this after the item has been returned or if Shoples agrees to a nominated date.
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been completed.

Sustainability
Our goal is to achieve a less toxic environment and comply with industry guides when producing apparel. We are choosing manufacturer's whom are using at least 50% materials that are sensibly safe, but most other products compose of synthetic plastics which will take years to degrade in landfills. These pieces are designed to be worn and resold for a lifetime so please be conscious when purchasing.
