Return & Refunds

Okay so you're not happy with the order or something else? No worries.

Each item is processed according to the vendors agreement, if you have an issue then please email us (info@shoples.store) within 24 hours of receipt.

Your case will be treated with care and you will be sent details of how to obtain a refund or replacement.

Please note for returns we are unable to cover the shipping cost.

Please note that we do not refund money for change of mind, so please choose carefully instead we issue coupon or voucher from store with same value of item you chose.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

The Process is simple

You will receive an instructed email regarding a Free return label for the selected items.

You will need to print Return label and box it up. Please try not to damage the packaging or throw away!

If the product you purchased isn't available for Free return then you will have to pay for shipping. 

You will then need to go to a postal hub to dispatch it.

Once we receive the package, we will make necessary judgement if you fulfil the requirements for a return or exchange under vendors agreement and our T&C's.

 

When will I get my refund?

After assessment of the product, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed, we'll notify you by email.
