Change of mind? 

Please note that we do not refund money for wrong orders or change of mind, so please choose carefully instead we issue a coupon or voucher with same value of item you chose.

Each item is processed according to the vendors agreement, if you have a faulty product please email us within 24 hours of receipt. Your case will be treated with care and you will be sent details of how to obtain a refund or replacement.

Please note for returns we are unable to cover the shipping cost at certain times.

*Please note for sanitary reasons items like toiletries such as toothbrush, used hair or makeup sets and brushes, or any of the like products opened, will not be refunded.

 

The Process is simple

You will receive an instructed email regarding a Free return label for the selected items.

You will need to print Return label and box it up. Please try not to damage the packaging or throw away!

If the product you purchased isn't available for Free return then you will have to pay for shipping. 

You will then need to go to a postal hub to dispatch it.

Once we receive the package, we will make necessary judgement if you fulfil the requirements for a return or exchange under vendors agreement and our T&C's.

 

When will I get my refund?

After assessment of the product, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed, we'll notify you by email.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is FREE for domestic customers. You should receive the item within 17-29 days at most.

International shipping is $AUD. 20.00 flat fee days may differ depending on country more info

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels. Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates. During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order.

What Payments do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment types, including ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and more).

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order total will display in AUD at checkout (even where you are using our currency converter to view prices in your local currency) and all order confirmation emails and invoices will display AUD. The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. While most exchange rate systems are very similar, we can’t guarantee the exchange rate we are using to display an approximate price to you on our site will be the same exchange rate that your bank uses when processing your transaction.   

How do I track my Order?

Your order will come with a e-packet tracking number and most items will take 17-29 days (unless otherwise stated)

When you order we'll provide you with an tracking number from warehouse via email/SMS. This means you're able to keep track of where your items are from the moment your order is shipped out and until it arrives at your door.

Please keep in mind that if you ordered multiple products, your shipments may be shipped at separate times.

In case of absence during the delivery, your parcel will be deposited in the AusPost/Relay point closest to your home; you will be kept informed by email and/or SMS.

You have 10 days after receipt of the email informing you of the availability of your order to come and collect it from a collection point. You will need to present the delivery notification and your identity document.

I haven't received my order but it's showing as delivered?

In the case that your item goes missing or stolen, Shoples unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please use a business or address that is safe wherever possible. You can however email us in case it may be delivered to a local PO. There may be delays during SALE periods and Christmas/NYE.

Modify or cancel my order

Yes, we are happy to amend or cancel the order providing it has not shipped out yet. You can reach out to info@shoples.store to cancel your order with your order number and name on the shipping address. We’ll get back to you asap!

Your orders will ship out next day or at most 1-2 dispatch days from our head office. Most shipments will take 17-29 days (unless otherwise stated).

Do your prices include Tax?

Where a delivery address within Australia has been nominated, the Price includes Australian GST. Generally, Australian GST is not applicable where a delivery address outside Australia has been nominated, though additional taxes may be payable by you as levied by authorities in the country of delivery upon importation to that country. See International Import Tax Duty below.

International Import Tax Duty / Conversion Currency?

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

We ship from Australia, USA, UK, FRANCE & Hong Kong to our fans. Shoples uses a 'innovative drop-ship' technology which is at no cost at all to you 'FREE'.
