How do I know where my items are?

Your order will come with a e-packet tracking number and most items will take 17-29 days (unless otherwise stated) however you can contact us at info@shoples.store

Some products may take less or more time to deliver - please refer to the product description for each item. Please see shipping policy for holiday and public holidays which may delay your package.

When will my order ship?

When placing an order, we do state it can take 2-5 days for the order to be processed. All orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST will be shipped out the next business day.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, if your order has not shipped out yet. You can reach out to info@shoples.store to cancel your order with your order number and name on the shipping address.

 

There is something wrong with my order, how do I return it?

Each item is processed according to the vendors agreement, if you have a faulty product please email us within 24 hours of receipt. Your case will be treated with care and you will be sent details of how to obtain a refund or replacement.

Please note for returns we are unable to cover the shipping cost.


*Please note for sanitary reasons items like toiletries such as toothbrush, used hair or makeup sets and brushes, or any of the like products opened, will not be refunded.

What if I do not like my purchase and change my mind?

Please note that we do not refund money for wrong orders or change of mind, so please choose carefully instead we issue coupon or voucher from store with same value of item you chose.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

International Purchases 

All international customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay duties, custom fees, or taxes at checkout. We may ship all international orders via DHL Express, otherwise via standard post, except for orders going to Russia, we will ship via USPS.  Any refused shipments will not be refunded.

 

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed, we'll notify you by email.
