Chinese New Year Holiday will affect times usually around February-March but we are working on better shipping.

The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
PO BOXES
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to the huge response, we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed.
Return & Refunds
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We recommend to follow the garment ticket or if none then recommended to follow the below care instructions:
- Wash and dry garment inside out
- Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours
- Line dry in shade
- Warm iron on reverse
- Do not bleach, soak or rub
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- By means of maintaining the item's appearance over time, we recommend avoiding contact with water or abrasive materials.
- To maintain the integrity of your jewellery pieces, we advise you to take the following precautions:
- Remember to only put costume jewellery on as a final touch – If cosmetics are applied whilst wearing jewellery, they build up on the surface, dulling their appearance. The alcohol and acids in perfume may cause permanent damage.
