IP & Publicity Rights – DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

A precise URL (or multiple URLs) where the infringing content appears on Shoples.store.
Screenshots may also be included for clarity.


4. Your Contact Details

Provide your:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Physical mailing address

So that we may contact you regarding your report.


5. Good-Faith Statement

A written statement confirming that you genuinely believe the disputed use is not authorised by the rights owner, their agent, or the law.

Example wording:

 

“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the rights owner, their agent, or the law.”

 


6. Accuracy & Authorisation Statement

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information you are providing is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Example wording:

 

“I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this Notice is accurate and that I am the owner or authorised agent of the owner of the intellectual property or publicity rights described.”

 


How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes content was removed in error, they may submit a Counter-Notice with:

  • Identification of the removed material

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification

  • Consent to jurisdiction of Australian courts

Upon receipt, Shoples.store may reinstate the material where legally appropriate.


Repeat Infringements

Shoples.store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or partners that repeatedly violate intellectual property or publicity rights.

Shoples.store may update this policy from time to time to ensure compliance with Australian law, international copyright law, and platform requirements.
